1. General principle

At BR Créations, each piece is unique and carefully handcrafted.
Due to the handcrafted and personalized nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted.

 

We do not accept returns or exchanges for a simple change of mind.
However, we remain available to assess any particular situation in order to ensure customer satisfaction.

 

2. Defective or damaged items (Legal guarantee)

Despite all the care taken in packaging, if your item arrives damaged or has a major manufacturing defect, please contact us at br.creation01@hotmail.com within 2 days of receipt. Please include a photo of the damage. We will, at our discretion, either replace the item or issue a full refund.

 

3. Cancellations

Cancellation requests are accepted within 12 hours of purchase, provided that production or shipping has not started.

 

4. Return costs

In the exceptional case of an authorized return, the original shipping costs are non-refundable and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
